Pregnant actress January Jones went out for a walk with a friend in Los Angeles, California on Sunday.

January Jones‘s latest pregnancy publication may have come as a surprising to some – but not essentially to folks close to her.

The actress, who is expecting her first child in the collapse, has talked about wanting to grow to be a mother for some time.“It’s amazing that she’s sought to do and that she’s thrilled to do,” Jones’s Mad Men costar Aaron Staton told , The Creative Coalition and WWE’s “be a STAR” launch in Washington, D.C. on Friday.

“January is sweet person,” Staton said. “I believe she’s a sincere person. I think she’s truly going to be a big mother.”

Staton, who is dad to 10-month-old son Beckett, doesn’t think Jones, 33, will need much advice when it comes to maternity. So much of it is natural, he said. “It’s sort of intimidating, but so much of it comes naturally when you meet the kid.”

Celebrity January Jones is expecting her first child

Her rep confirmed to "Extra," "January Jones glad and announced that she is expecting her first child  this fall." She newly dated actor Jason Sudeikis, with whom she split in February.

Jones is caring mum about any other details. She told "Extra " in February, "I think it's hard to date in general. But maybe it's hard because I live such a brief lifestyle. Never in one place for too long. Plus, I can't commit... all over the place. It's me." Jones recently split with "SNL's" Jason Sudekis.

The actress, 33, will next be seen in "X-Men: First Class."
