Grey's Anatomy's Chyler Leigh just waiting to Welcomes Baby Girl

The Grey's Anatomy family just waiting to welcomed a bouncing baby girl to the fold this morning, but no, this is not a twist to the show's season finale. No McBaby here. We're talking about actress Chyler Leigh's (Dr. Lexie Grey) real-life baby.

According to her rep, Chyler and her husband, Nathan West, welcomed daughter Anniston Kae at 7:12 a.m. this morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The baby weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce. "Both mother and child are healthy," says her rep.
The new bambino has two siblings: Noah Wilde, age 5, and Taelyn Leigh, age 2.
The Grey's Anatomy season finale airs May 14.
