Mariska Hargitay adopts kid Girl

Mariska Hargitay and husband have adopted a baby girl it has been complete. Amaya Josephine was born about a week ago and is from the United States.

“I’m happy from the minute she was born; she was just astonishingly aware and so full of love.” And how is going big brother, August, 4, think of his new sister?

“He is over the moon. He calls her his baby because he says the entire thing was his plan. He always talks about how he’s going to protect her. He’s going to be a great big brother.”

Baby Blackjack link big sister Alabama Gypsyrose, 3, and carries on his father and country crooner grandfather Waylon Jennings’ earliest first name. Jennings and Sopranos alum de Matteo, 39, has been jointly nine years and  engaged on stage in New York in June 2009.
