2009 Toyota Concert

Tween sensation The Jonas Brothers rocked Rockefeller Plaza on June 19, 2009. Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas kept the young crowd of fans entertained by performing their old hits, as well as one from their new album, "Lines, Vines and Trying Times
Strumming beside

In Rockefeller Plaza on June 5, 2009 Boyd Tinsley and Dave Matthews of the Dave Mathews Band performed . That was the group's first time performing live on morningtelevision. The guys played five songs, some old and some new, including one bonus song for the crowd that wasn't shown on-air.

Singing in the rain
Rockefeller Plaza in NewYork City on May 29 2009 Performed Country sensation Taylor Swift . The star rocked out for a havy crowd in the rain, playing four songs. The wholesome artist, who says she doesn't drink or smoke, told TODAY that the way she rebels is by writing honest songs referencing real people

Idol adorat

"American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert, left, said Kris Allen deserved to win the competition. "The bottom line is that we're such different artists that there's really no way to directly compete," Lambert told TODAY on May 28, 2009. "I'm really happy that Kris won. I think he's super talented." Lambert performed the song "Mad World" for excited fans.
Patrick Stump, Joe Trohman and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy performed on Rockefeller Plaza on May 22, 2009. The Grammy-nominated pop punk band got its start in 2001.

Boy band no longer

Donnie Wahlberg, Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight and Joey McIntyre of New Kids On The Block performed on Rockefeller Plaza on May 8, 2009.

They're back!

No Doubt ended a concert hiatus that had lasted nearly five years when the band performed on May 1, 2009 for the TODAY concert series on Rockefeller Plaza. Gwen Stefani, left, belted out "Spiderwebs," "Don't Speak" and "It's My Life."
